This will be a ground floor, prefabricated, column-free, heated, tempered, slab-on-ground commercial-warehouse hall with a built-in administrative floor with a surface area of 480 m2 and a movable partition dividing the storage space. The warehouse part of the hall can be equipped with a shelving system. The height of the ridged ceiling is 10 m. Separate customer entrance for entering the commercial section through a heat-isolated zone; the entrance to the warehouse space is through three cargo gates with compensating HAFA bridges. Cement floors with dust-free surface finishing and structural capacity of 4 - 5 t / m2, os lighting with electronic fluorescent lamps, in the day by windows and skylights. Commercial surface is lit by full-surface glass walls and ceiling. The entire building is equipped with artificial ventilation. Central air conditioning unit with progressive use of solar panels, heat pump and heat recycling provides for an optimal climate in each part of the building while minimizing energy demands on operations! Area secured with EZS, EPS. The layout of the interior can be fully adapted to the client's requirements. Spaces designed in line with high quality European standards.
